Photos and October Progress

We have our first visitors to our food plot. Wild Turkeys. It's several flocks too. Here are pictures taken during the late morning a couple of days ago. In the picture below a flock of wild turkeys spreads out over the plot, munching out.

Here is a little closer view. Notice how there are always turkeys on the vigal, looking for problems. 

Another flock arrives and some of the larger birds wave their wings and intimidate some of the turkeys to give them room. 

Then the boys arrive. A group of jakes move in and in short order the hen flocks check out and let them have the goodies.
