A Wild Hog Bowhunt In Progress - 2003

Sept 25, 2003 - There's A Red Hog Over Yonder
The rest was easy. I pulled my bow back, put my pin where it needed to be on the last red hog and touched my release. The arrow went there. The red hog bolted immediately and all the other hogs followed. Suddenly they stopped in the trees. They waited a few minutes and then trotted away. My arrow lay in the grass, it looked good. I walked to where the hogs had stopped. The hog lay there. I drug it clear of the trees, got my tripod and took my own picture. Then I turned it into pork chops and ham steaks.
