Saturday, Apr 20 - New spring growth is greening up the woods. Mid afternoon I slipped out to my ground blind and picked up a decoy I had left inside it. As I stuck my head outside I spied a small group of wild turkeys coming into my area. I got back in the blind and called softly with a mouth call. It wasn't long before the first bird came into view.
