The start of Scouting (for me) is to find out what bucks are around this year. One of my tried and tested tools is a wireless game camera (from BuckEye Cam). I can cover a mile with this camera — and since I live in right in deer country. knowing what’s in that mile means a lot to me.
So far I’ve been getting pictures of does, fawns and some young bucks in velvet.
But when I checked last nights wireless pictures on my computer I got excited. There definitely are some bucks with potential this year — remember this is only July 18 and bucks still have a lot of growing to do.
