The Bohning Company announced the retirement of Dale Voice, VP Sales
& Marketing, effective October 1, 2011. Dale has worked for Bohning for almost 20 years in the sales & marketing department since starting his career in 1992.

Mr. Voice noted, “It was a very difficult decision for me to make but I’m confident it is the correct decision. My wife and I want to do some traveling, visit the grandchildren and enjoy each other’s company. The good news here is I will remain active with Bohning by working various trade shows, archery tournaments and other promotional events in the upcoming years. I have made many friends in this industry over the years and knowing that I will still get to see many of them at the events in the coming year, has made the decision easier. I look at it as “stepping down” but not
“stepping out.” I will truly miss my Bohning family and being in on the “action” every day.
This is a fantastic place to work and I’m very proud to have been a part of the growth here over the years.”
Bohning spokesman Rick Mowery stated, “Dale has been an integral part of the Bohning team for nearly 2 decades. He will be greatly missed both personally and professionally. We wish him great health and happiness in his retirement.”
