Brow Tine Freak

Every day I check the pictures on my SpyPoint trail camea that watches the main food plot. Today there was something surprising. A single, night time picture of a buck that I have never noticed before. It had remarkable brow tines.

It is not impossible to to get a picture of a buck that you never get another picture of, or see … ever. So I didn’t know what the chances were that I would see this buck in the daylight.

I zoomed in on the buck so you could see his brow tines better. This is a night time infra red picture and the detail is not that good but I think you can get the idea.

My overall deerhunting plan was to move away from the food plot to my other areas, like the Hammer Hole and the Point, or the Pocket or Double Cross. I just shot a wild hog at the Hammer Hole so that worked out ok.

But I’m changing plans now. I wang to get a good look at the Brow Time Freak buck so it’s back to the food plot for a while. Maybe he will show up during the daylight.
