Zero Point Zero Production, the production company behind MeatEater with Steven Rinella, is proud to announce a partnership with Real Avid, makers of innovative tools and gear, which includes the 2012 NRA Golden Bullseye award winning Gun Tool.

“MeatEater and Steven Rinella strive to partner with only the best and most innovative brands in the outdoor industry,” says Joe Caterini, Executive Producer for Zero Point Zero Production.

“Keeping in step with our high standards, we are excited to begin our new partnership with Real Avid as we move forward into the Q3 and Q4 2012 airings of MeatEater. Real Avid immediately impressed us with their product development, brand philosophy and quality products that fit perfectly into our TV production style and the broader outdoors and hunting lifestyle we document on MeatEater.”

While filming MeatEater, Steven Rinella often finds himself deep in the backcountry where quality gear that is lightweight and multi-functional is a necessity. Real Avid tools are both and provide the user with endless possibilities in difficult environments. Whether you need to tighten a small screw on your rifle or adjust the choke on your shotgun or even if you need to carve out the perfect cooking-stick for a fireside meal, Real Avid has the answer.

“One of my favorite things about hunting, besides the food and adventure, is all the cool gear that goes with it,” says Rinella. “Real Avid understands this. Not only are their tools fun to use, but they are rugged and built to last. I’m actually a little bit jealous of the folks at Real Avid. ‘I wish I had thought of that’ is the first thing that often pops into my mind when I’m looking at their products. But that is quickly followed up by a second thought: ‘Thank God someone did.'”

About MeatEater with Steven Rinella:
In MeatEater, author, hunter and outdoorsman Steven Rinella takes a walk on the wild side – where cliffs, claws and the culinary arts all come crashing together in one nail-biting adventure. In each episode Rinella will deconstruct and master any hunting technique; track and pursue prey and procure his own food … all culminating in a mouth-watering meal. Far from trophy or sport hunting, Rinella stays true to our ancestral tradition of sustenance hunting where nothing he harvests goes to waste. Whether tracking blacktail deer in the rainforests of Alaska or rooting out javelina in the deserts of West Texas, Rinella defers to his back-country roots, challenging himself at every corner while providing an amazing adventure along the way.
