1 package dry onion soup mix
2 lbs ground venison
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoons olive oil (more if your venison is very lean)
hand full of flour (about 1/3 cup)

Microwave onion soup mix in 1/2 cup water until onions are tender.

Ground venison, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper all mix up ready to make patties.

Then add to ground venison with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

Put Venison patties in pan, starting to cook.

Make patties and place in oiled pan until done.

Patties ready to take out to start gravy.

Remove patties from pan and add flour to pan, stirring constantly to make a roux. Add three to four cups of water depending on how much you need to cover your patties.

Gravy made and patties back in waiting to boil. Simmer in gravy for 30 minutes to thicken up.

Add patties back to gravy and bring to a boil then simmer for 30 minutes.

Done, plated and ready to serve: Chopped venison steak and gravy, creamed potatoes and corn for supper. Enjoy.
