The Leica Sport Optics booth stayed packed throughout the 2013 SHOT Show in Las Vegas with attendees checking out the new Rangemaster CRF 1000-R and other new Leica products.

Redefining accuracy and usability, the Rangemaster CRF 1000-R laser rangefinder provides both gun and bowhunters with fast, accessible, and above all, precise measurements to the target in a simple and efficient format.

Designed for the everyday hunter, the new CRF 1000-R laser rangefinder gives hunters the ability to determine Equivalent Horizontal Range (EHR) using the rifleman’s rule from 10 to 600 yards. The CRF 1000-R takes the guesswork out of your hunt without bogging you down with unnecessary bells and whistles.

Even when viewing small or moving targets in poor weather conditions, the CRF 1000-R will put fast and accurate measurements at your fingertips.

The CRF 1000-R boasts the best and brightest LED display available. Self-regulating capabilities allow it to adjust itself to surrounding light conditions, ensuring its readability at all times.

For its size and price range, the Leica CRF 1000-R’s optics are unsurpassed, providing clear and unambiguous sighting of game, even at longer distances. The CRF 1000-R’s excellent light transmission, wide field of view and impressive 7x magnification combine to deliver remarkable image quality, seen through the comfortable eyepiece. And, thanks to AquaDuraâ„¢ hydrophobic coating, its lenses are protected from the wear and tear of the hunt.

With optical and electronic components integrated into a magnesium chassis with carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic housing shell, the CRF 1000-R is rugged and durable, as well as precise. The housing (waterproof to a depth of 3.2 ft) also protects the CRF 1000 against even the harshest of weather conditions.

The CRF 1000-R is an ideal companion for the hunter who wants to travel light and fast without sacrificing performance.
