Baked Salmon

By: Sue ‘SusieQ’ Burch

1lb salmon fillet
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. First, spray your glass baking dish with Pam or any other cooking spray. Place your salmon fillet with the skin side down in your glass baking dish. Spread your mayo on top of your fillets, then sprinkle season salt, Parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs. Bake your salmon uncovered for about 30 minutes. To get it nice and brown, turn on your broiler and place it under broiler until top of salmon turns brown.

1 lb salmon (four fillets) skin down glass baking dish with mayonnaise on top of fillets.

Added lemon pepper to each salmon fillet.

Now, we added the Parmesan cheese and the bread crumbs. I have to admit I added more Parmesan cheese than the recipe called for.

Fresh out of the oven, smells so good. My husband Danny does not like salmon but he likes this recipe so I fix it because I really like salmon and I can get him to eat it too.

For supper we had Baked Salmon and Broccoli Cheddar Cheese.
