Ladies Team Video Challenge Hunt
Hosted by Campbell Cameras and Babes, Bullets, and Broadheads, 10 teams will have the opportunity of a lifetime to hunt Illinois whitetails on a five-day filmed hunt Oct. 27 – Oct. 31, 2014. The cost per team is $2,500 (payment plan available), including lodging and meals, and an “Introduction to Outdoor Videography” course courtesy of Campbell Cameras the night before the first hunt. If participants do not have their own camera, Campbell Cameras will have cameras available for loan at a minimal fee. The location of the hunt will be at the Campbell Illinois Whitetails located in Southeastern Illinois. Be sure to check out their website at www.illinoisdeerhunting.com.
The challenge winner will receive an “Ultimate Prize Pack” worth over $2,000, which will include a new Bowtech Heartbreaker bow from Shoot Like A Girl and other merchandise from some of the industry’s top companies including Black Eagle Arrows, Dead Ringer Hunting, Hunter Safety Systems, Millennium Treestands, Mossy Oak, Watson Airlock, and Wildlife Research Center.
The hunter for the challenge must be female, however, the cameraperson may be male or female. Once a hunter tags out, a cameraperson may then hunt for $250 per day. Either sex may be hunted during the challenge. A 125” minimum is required of any buck with 8 points or less, and a 140” minimum on any buck with 9 points or above. A scoring system similar to the “Top Outdoor Producer Scoring System” will be used to score any bucks taken during the challenge. For more information, visit www.illinoisdeerhunting.com.
