New WindBrake fabric technology from ScentBlockerĀ® stops wind in excess of 50 mph, and does it silently.

ScentBlocker, the leader in scent control hunting apparel, introduces technology that is capable of braking winds in excess of 50 MPH, yet does so with the utmost in quiet fabrics.

Always seeking to improve the hunter’s experience in the field, the ScentBlocker product team spared no expense in research and development in order to attain the ultimate balance of stealth and functionality in creating this new caliber of protection.

Says Travis Watson, Robinson Outdoor Products’ Director of Product Development, ā€œWe are able to make specific fabric selections, apply various technical treatments, and engineer a unique fabrication process to create a nearly silent fabric that testing shows is capable of shearing 50+ mph winds. By incorporating Trinity scent control technology into these new fabrics, we are also protecting hunters from scent detection.ā€

Both ScentBlocker’s 2014 Alpha (top) and Matrix (bottom) jacket and pant sets incorporate new Windbrakeā„¢ technology.
Both ScentBlocker’s 2014 Alpha (top) and Matrix (bottom) jacket and pant sets incorporate new Windbrakeā„¢ technology.

For 2014, two ScentBlocker hunting apparel favorites – the Alpha and the Matrix – will incorporate this new application of WindBrake. ScentBlocker’s WindBrake Technology now allows the hunter to stop just about every whipping wind that Mother Nature can dish out, and does so silently.
