Deer Meat Wrapped in Bacon – Stuffed

I Love Deer meat and this is my favorite recipe so far! take a deer steak and stuff it with whipped Cream cheese, diced Jalapeno peppers, Italian sausage and a sprinkle of Everglades Seasoning. to finish up, wrap it in apple wood smoked bacon and lightly dust the top with Cactus Dust! Broil on high for 5 minutes per side or until you reach your preferred temperature!
