One of the best-selling hunting packs of all-time, the Badlands Diablo, has been redesigned for 2016 with added functionality and a new camo pattern option. Spurred by user requests, the Diablo redesign included a focus on reducing weight while increasing features.
Version 2.0 of the Badlands Diablo retains many of the features that have made it an industry staple the last 10 years including: Lightweight design, Badlands Hypervent™ Breathable Suspension, hydration compatibility and a user-friendly pocket layout. A major focus of the redesign included making the Diablo more weapon-carry friendly. The new design includes three horizontal cross straps across the rear of the pack that can be used for securing a rifle, bow or crossbow to the back of the pack. Another new feature is the hideaway rifle/bow boot that drops out of the bottom of the pack to provide rifle stock or bow cam support. The boot tucks away into a zippered compartment when not in use.
Badlands Designer Chris Lambert said of the project, “We never take redesigns lightly as we know there are many faithful users of the packs as they currently sit. With the Diablo however, we had a lot of customer feedback about specific features they wanted to see added. So we went to the drawing board and got to work. The Diablo 2.0 came out as one of the most functional and comfortable packs we’ve ever produced.”
The Badlands Diablo 2.0 (also known as Diablo Dos) is available now in new Badlands Approach camouflage and coming in August 2016 in Realtree Xtra®. Retail Price is $199.99.
Now in its 22nd year, Badlands continues to focus on exceptional quality, continuing innovation, unmatched performance and as always the only unconditional lifetime warranty in the industry.
