The late spring and summer months are overlooked by many for trapping and hunting coyotes on their deer hunting properties.

Coyotes are opportunistic predators and they are actively looking for areas where they can target fawns. Coyotes will lay in cover near food sources and travel routes waiting for whitetail does and their fawns … and they strike at any opportunity.
