Rick Philippi

I am ready for my 2019 Moose Hunt with Ryk Visscher’s Hunting Adventures in Alberta.

My bags are packed.  I’m going as light as possible and only taking the things that I truly need.  My hunt begins this Wednesday, September 25, and will last 8 days.  Last year I got lucky and arrowed my moose on the second day of the hunt.

My guide, Terry Brew called the big guy in for a 7 yard shot.  Terry will be my guide again this year.

Also, looking at the weather it is going to really cool down and I will be hunting in the middle of the moose rut!!  Everything is teed up for a great adventure.  Robert Hoague (at Bowhunting.net) will be covering the moose hunt daily as there is fantastic cell phone reception up there.  Please follow the hunt if you like, we would love to have you.

Also, during the hunt, if you have any questions, please email bowhunting.net@gmail.com and I will try and answer them.  Sooooooooooooooooooooo, come along and let’s bowhunt for Candian moose!!!
