NIKON UNLEASHES NEW 12X42 MONARCH ATB

Nikon’s Monarch All Terrain Binoculars have long meant quality and ruggedness for hunters serious about their glassing and for 2005, hunters who need extra power for longer ranges have an all-new option in their binocular arsenals.

The new 12x42 Monarch has all the features that Nikon ATBs have become famous for, fully multicoated lenses, waterproof and fogproof construction, phase-corrected, mirror-coated prisms, huge eye relief (a full 15.4 mm), 262-foot field of view and turn-and-slide eyecups that make for all day viewing comfort even with eyeglasses. And tipping the scales at only 21.8 ounces, the new Monarch packs a lot of power into an incredibly compact 5.7” x 5” frame.

Built with the same rugged body housing as its 8x42 and 10x42 Monarch ATB siblings, the 12x42 is also as tough as it is good looking. With rugged rubber armor for added durability and a firm grip even in the worst conditions, Nikon guarantees every ATB to be 100% waterproof and fogproof.

Also available in a new Team REALTREE model with the REALTREE HardwoodsŇ Green HDŇ camouflage pattern, the Nikon Monarch 12x42 is up to the challenge no matter where your hunt takes you. It is priced at $329.95 for the standard, and $349.95 for the Team REALTREE version--each is backed by Nikon’s 25 Year Limited Warranty and No-Fault Repair/Replacement Policy.

Nikon Inc. is the U.S. distributor of Nikon sports and recreational optics, world-renowned Nikon 35mm cameras, digital cameras, speedlights and accessories, Nikkor lenses and electronic imaging products.
