I love trail cameras and enjoy watching nature unfold each morning, whether it’s a big buck, a fawn, a gobbler, or a raccoon. Unfortunately, my cameras are in a high-bear-density area, and bears keep ripping them from the tree and chewing them up. My first Revolver camera lasted two years until the inevitable happened. I ordered another and needed to cancel my old subscription and install a new one on the 2.0 model. The customer service number was on the box so I called for help. I heard the usual menu options, including the option for a “call-back.” Within a minute, the phone rang, and a very helpful and patient customer service agent helped me out. He deleted the old account, credited unused days, and walked me through the setup process for the new model, which took about 15 minutes. He asked for a callback number in case we got disconnected and was otherwise a delight to talk to. Cameras can be persnickety, and knowing that the brand you buy has a willingly helpful customer service department backing it up makes a huge difference. Kudos to StealthCam.
