The acquisition of Ameristep® provides retailers with a one-stop shop for all their hunting accessory and outdoor product needs. Ameristep has been a leader in the ground blind category and is a key player with treestands. Synergy plans to maintain a significant presence in Michigan where the sales team and management executives will continue to manage key aspects of the company under corporate direction. Synergy will relocate general operational and other activities to their 250,000 sq. ft. distribution and operations center in Dallas.
